Davido has continued to amplify the voices of Nigerian protesters as he meets with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Earlier, Davido met with the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to relay the demands of the Nigerian youths.
His meetings are not far fetched as Nigerian youths have flooded the streets of Nigeria demanding a better country.
Also, they have called for the reform of the Nigerian Police and the end of the dreaded police unit, SARS, who have continued to abuse human rights all over the country.
The protest which started off as #EndSARS, later became #SARSMustEnd. Both hashtags have been trending for five days now.
Davido took to Twitter to say minor victories have been recorded as the voices of the youths have been heard.
“Minor victories and they’re all coming together. Little by little. From social media, to the streets to the office of the Inspector General of Police to the office of the Speaker of the House of reps. Each and every single one of our our voices is being heard! 5 for 5 granted,” he wrote.
Although the IGP has scrapped the unit and changed their moniker to SWAT, Nigerians are not satisfied as they continue to face brut reactions from the Police.
