Controversial Nigerian musician, Eedris Abdulkareem, is popular for making bold statements on national issues. The singer has yet again, commented on the removal of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II as Emir of Kano.
The Emir was deposed by the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, on Monday and exiled to Nasarawa state.
Eedris, the Nigeria Jaga Jaga singer, took to his Instagram page to taunt the former CBN governor on his removal as the Emir.
“Dear Sanusi Lamido, a corrupt man caught stuffing dollars into his babariga removed you from office!
“It’s an unfortunate situation but this is the price you have to pay for championing the Jonathan is Corrupt cause with no evidence but propaganda.
“Today, you are witnessing the real corruption! Goodluck!
“May Ubeku,” Eedris wrote on his page.
