The trial of Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, continued on Wednesday with the court admitting more evidence against the popular singer.
Justice Nicholas Oweibo of a Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos, presided over the case.
The newly admitted evidence is a compact disc containing information, analysis and extractions from Naira’s iPhone.
The judge admitted the evidence as ‘Exhibit F’.
Nigeria’s anti-graft agency, the EFCC is prosecuting Naira Marley for conspiracy and credit card fraud. Last year, he was arrested alongside Zlatan and three others.
He pleaded “not guilty” to the 11 counts filed against him.
However, the case was adjourned till March 8 and 11, 2021 for “continuation of hearing”.
