Mekah pushes RESET on his latest project which appears to be the singers first ever debut entitled “JOY” and “Love You So”.
Over the BabariQ-soulful production, The Edo State born singer drops introspective lines and confesses about love on his first single, ‘Joy,’ he serenades a special lady with his emotional lyrics, “Girl you show me love / Sweet sweet love / Baby o,” he sings on the Mekah-penned track. “Cause girl you are my heart desire / With you I no want any other / ‘Na only you dey light my fire.”
Mekah’s takeover continues. Following ”JOY,” the singer maintains the same calm-irregular vibe on ‘Love You So,’ as he did with ‘JOY’. “My baby come seat down here make we talk / I gat something to tell you,” he sings, mixing his local Nigerian-pidgin and regular flow on the song.
Mekah is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Benin, born Godwin Ebite.
