Food plays a central role in the rituals of virtually all-ethnic groups in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Special ceremonies would not be complete without participants sharing in a meal

The focus of the food festival is to unite in one place the different types of cuisines emanating from the North, East, West and South of the rich continent, of Africa, allowing people not just the opportunity to sample these foods but also to learn about essential components that elevates the event from just an average tasting to a world class festival.

At the melting Pot there will be varieties of African foods and continental cuisines.

Delta Kitchen is one that lives up to its name; the food is made with a Delta feel. The menu has a variety of dishes from the west and southern region. Delicacies like Starch and Banga  ,Owo soup  , Snails, fresh fish pepper soup  are very prominent on the menu. –



Grilling is a popular way to cook, just about everywhere in the world and is prepared using every conceivable combination of marinades and spices.

There will be mouthwatering finger foods, grilled fish and chicken and lots more

The Calabar kitchen is an opportunity to sample some of the local delicacies, which has made Calabar famous with food lovers.  (Afang ,Edikiakong
