Nigeria’s foremost female artist and Afrobeats Queen Tiwa Savage is the cover model for online women’s magazine, Glamour.
Glamour is an online women’s magazine published by Condé Nast Publications. Founded in 1939 and first published in April 1939 in the United States, it was originally called Glamour of Hollywood.
Glamour focuses on women’s issues, from outfit ideas and makeup tutorials to celebrity news and politics.
Tiwa savage in this edition, relayed her experiences growing up in Lagos and subsequently having to move to London. The singer spoke about the #Endsars protests and gave an insight into who Tiwa is.
The multi-award winning sing has enjoyed a hugely successful career with her ‘Celia’ album garnering over 200 million streams across all platforms.
The album made history by becoming the first album by an African music artist to have two billboards in the iconic Times Square, New York on the release day of the album.
Celia was also named one of the top 10 best albums of 2020 by Time Magazine.
