I stepped well outside my comfort zone for this week’s workout. Stretching is such an important part of muscle recovery. It also helps prevent injuries – something I know from personal experience. I find that dynamic stretching to good music helps motivate me to do this crucial part of exercising. So remember to incorporate stretching into your workouts. Hope you enjoy!
