Chibok Girls Rescued? Nigerian Military Rescues 200 girls & 93 Women in Sambisa Forest

The Nigerian Military is tempering expectations but they just announced that they have rescued 200 girls and 93 women in Sambisa Forest. In their statement they said they haven’t officially confirmed if the girls found are the same ones who were abducted last April from Chibok, Borno State but we certainly hope it is the case.

This will be really great news if it turns out that the rescued girls are the Chibok girls, but in any case, rescuing 293 people from Boko Haram is a huge feat. Kudos to the Military.
