An Australian newspaper is claiming Caster Semenya is a hermaphrodite, someone with both male and female sexual characteristics.

Semenya is claimed to have NO womb or ovaries — and has internal testes, the male sexual organs which produce testosterone.

The row over Semenya’s biology has caused huge divisions — with South African politicians calling slurs she is a man “racist and sexist.” Her birth certificate has the teen listed as female and urine tests showed that, despite her having higher than average male hormone levels, they are within the official limits for a woman.

The 18-year-old stormed to a stunning 800 metres World Track and Field Championship gold in Berlin last month amid controversy over her gender.

Now, the paper said, the IAAF is expected to disqualify Semenya from future events and advise an operation because the condition carries grave health risks.

It claims the IAAF is ready to disqualify Semenya from future events and advise her to have immediate surgery because her condition carries grave health risks.

They have also not ruled out stripping Semenya of her 800 metres world championships gold medal.

But the body is hesitating because of an expected back lash from South Africa, which has hotly defended their “girl”, and has lodged a complaint with the UN’s human rights body of racism and sexism.

A couple of days ago, Caster Semenya appeared on the cover of YOU magazine with a new look. See her new look below.

Thoughts? Not sure how to feel about this.

  1. Honestly…after I heard her(him) talk on tv I'm thoroughly convinvced theres something extra going on inside her body. I don't want to hate on fellow Africans, but omo, the babe resemble a man tewwww musscchhh!! As in, I'm trying to find the feminity in her, but its rather difficult. They should just go and check in between her legs or something. All these urine tests and wurreva…the koko of the thing is the question of her being a female, and finding an answer isn't that hard. If she has ovaries and a uterus and a va-jay-jay, they should just leave her alone. But a line from The Color Purple springs to mind…"you show is ug-lay!!"

    God forgive me.
