The finest (not in pulchritude though) music star from the East rises again serving yet another single from his music arsenal just at the right time. And hell yeah, this dose he is serving is very potent and soothing to the ears of a music mania.
So before this booming single “N.W.A”, Phyno never ceased to be active in the industry. The rapper cum singer has been putting out new music at comfortable intervals, “Isi Ego”, “One Chance” which featured dance hall star Kranium, “Onyeoma” with his BFF Olamide. He has been pretty active even at a time when competition is at an all time high.
However, those singles have not come close to his best works yet. And it’s true that the “Fada Fada” crooner is pushing for a smash hit for himself this year. Then he teases “N.W.A” which he features American rapper Wale.
To be honest, having feasted on previous singles without achieving musical orgasm may dampen one’s craving to listen to Phyno latest single. Nonetheless, as a diehard fan, you’ll be sure you did the right thing to have taken a listen to this jam and proceeded to download. It’s really a jam and more.
On this “N.W.A”, Phyno harnessed all angles of his talent, he was a singer, rapper and gave off a bit of igbotic vibes. With a confident laid back attitude he delivered sweet melody to a simple but complete beat. Phyno narrates how far he has come ‘pull up in rolls with a bad chic’ based on a dint of hard work and the support of his goons.
Brother Wale, came through with a decent verse. One of the best verses he has laid down on any collaboration with a Nigerian artiste.
Iambeat did a great job working on this beat for a relatively unknown music producer.
“N.W.A” is not meant to make you dance like “Onyeoma” but the tune is truly a vibe. Something you play while catching endless trips. By far the best tune Phyno has put out so far this year. You only play this song on a good sound system or headphone because anything less is an abuse.
