The Nigerian Military has won a key battle against the Boko Haram terrorist as they took over Konduga leaving the insurgents surrending themselves and their weapons.

The Defence Headquarters has tweeted that “as the heat on the terrorists continues, five terrorists surrendered on Saturday (September 20, 2014) with all their weapons to troops at Konduga, pleading for mercy.”
In their operation, the Nigerian Military was able to confiscate weapons and ammunition surrendered by Boko Haram. See some pictures courtesy of Sahara Reporters.
