3 Ladies, 2 Cities, 1 Dress

0

Was out shopping with my friends last month and while we were at one of my favorite stores, TKMaxx, I found this simple yellow dress in all our sizes.

Being extremely obsessed with work fashion, I asked that we got styled in two different ways to work and one way to an out-of-work-work-function.

Work Looks 01
a. POWER NERD

1b

She styles with a black Jacket, Shoes and Bag. Glasses for a bit of edge. Then adds a pop of color with the shoes to eliminate any thoughts of ‘boring’.

b. EARTH WAKE

2

2b

As minimally styled as this looks, its extremely classy. Subtle hints of color with the bracelet. That beautiful smile crowns it all.

c. SPRING GREEN

3

3b

If not too careful, she would give an over-the-top vibe with this look but comes together nicely. Jacket, printed tights and lipstick ooze trendy and them shoes shows she means business. Also, she’s a very practical female with the flat shoes, which could come in handy on a busy day.

Work Looks 02
a. ROUGE BUMPS

4

4b

Styled for a not-so-serious workday as the company’s annual Christmas lunch is same day in the premises. Definitely wouldn’t be missed in this.

b. LADYLIKE GLAM

5

5b

Certainly loving the structure of the bag, which matches that of the jacket. She does a great block of color.

c. LACEY GREY

6

6b

She decided against color this time around. Stuck to the same bag because face it, sometimes changing bags the next day is stressful. Plastic sailor brooch exudes playfulness.

Out-of-Work-Work Looks

a. RAVE INSPIRED

7

7b

Got this girl about town thing going on. Such a flirty way to style this dress.

b. LASH OUT

8

8b

She is most definitely one for footwear color pops. Good old yellow dress is set for a glam event.

c. SPOLIED BRAT

9

9b

All 3 of them decided on sandals, who can blame the? Any reason to stay off those work shoes is appreciated. Weather’s so cold hence the jacket layering.

I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
Get inspired and style your clothes up down and maybe sideways. 
