Nelson Mandela Legacy Concert; Who Wore It Best and Worst?

3

Celebrities got together to honor Mandela at the “Legendary Concert” … (yesterday?). I assume there was no dress code for this event, because people went all out and others well let’s just say didnt plan ahead.

Here are my thoughts on who wore ir best n who wore it bad at the Legendary Concert.

Dbanj

Who wore is Best (male) D’Banj: Rocked his Mandela shirt the best! All that bling made it POP! And those boots are to die for! Very well put together. Dbanj rarely drops the ball when it comes to his style.

Cobhams Asuquo

Who wore it Bad (male) Cobhams Asuquo: This outfit is not right for this occasion,  maybe for an everyday running about but not for an A’list celebrity event. Whoever was in charge of putting together his outfit definitely takes the stick for this one.

Tiwa Savage

Who wore it Best (female) Tiwa Savage: Tiwa Savage makes it an effort to always look effortlessly flawless all the time. And this simple black dress accented with the necklace does it! Sometimes simplicity has a lot of class.

Nikki Laoye (2)

Who wore it Bad (female) Nikki Laoye: I know the whole sneaker casual look is totally in, but this isn’t working for me. From waist down looks okay, but that top though is off. I mean she could’ve just worn the Mandela shirt and called it a day.

Peace out y’all. Till next time 🙂

  1. Duh!! It’s obvious u weren’t at d event or even kno wat kind of gig it was..it was an outdoor concert and not a ballroom dinner…everyone dressed as comfortable as required for their performance… For me Tiwa was even overdressed and hey wats wrong wit Nikki’s top? Its simple and cute..Abeg leave ds job or learn to report an event properly..

  2. Cobhams performed his hit song ‘Ordinary People’ I guess that’s why he dressed ordinarily 🙂 D’anj ofcourse turned up the heat! Nikki’s performance did it for me, that only you song….no words and she can reeeeally dance!!!!
