So we caught up with one of our favorite femcees in the game, Kel, and got from her all her favorite cartoons from childhood, and for those in our age bracket it definitely brought back some memories. Some of those cartoons I actually forget we loved back in the day.

So let’s walk down memory lane.

Voltron

Voltron

Boy oh Boy! I mean we still use the term as a slang today, Voltron: Defender of the universe but this was a serious addiction to many of us back in the day yo. For those that don’t know about Voltron, it is the name of a giant robot that was made up of pilot robot lions who join together to form the giant robot with which they defend their galaxy from evil.

Funny enough the show technically was on air for just over a year but reruns kept us going for years.

Super Ted

Looking back, I’m trying to figure out how I actually liked this cartoon. Maybe it was spotty, but goodness it was pretty cheesy but extremely popular nonetheless. Comic powers and Cosmic dust? LOL. Ok.

SuperTed is a Welsh fictional anthropomorphic bear character created by Mike Young. Originally created by Young as a series of stories to help his son overcome his fear of the dark, SuperTed became a popular series of books and led to an animated series produced from 1982 to 1986.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Chyeah!!! Also known as Ninja Turtles, this cartoon series defined every normal child in the 90s. The outfits, accessories, story, video games, movies, the whole 9. Life was not complete without Ninja Turtles. The best thing about this cartoon is that they had swag… yes swag.

Heroes in a hard shell, Turtle Power!!!!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are a fictional team of four teenage anthropomorphic turtles, who were trained by their anthropomorphic rat sensei in the art of ninjutsu and named after four Renaissance artists.
