It’s Thursday people, and you know what that means right here on Jaguda.com. Yep, another celebrity #throwbackthursday. This week we link up with sexy RnB diva Yemi Alade and she shares with us her favorite old school male RnB singers.

Some of these names definitely got me thinking back to when we used to toast babes wearing nothing more than school uniform and Casio wrist watch, and learning how to do bad bad things during night prep! 🙂

In no particular order, here goes

R Kelly

R.Kelly

R. Kelly has had a bunch of hits over the years, and is definitely responsible for the making of a lot of 90s babies we see running around today. Longevity has been his trademark going all the way from the late 80s all the way till the present.

Boyz II Men

Boyz II Men

*Sigh* I’ll make love to you is an all time classic, and Boyz II Men are in line for creating some of the best RnB classics of our generation, and also for setting a lot of moods to do things we’re not supposed to do.

Keith Sweat

Keith Sweat

With the exception of his sometimes whiny voice, Keith Sweat is a straight panty dropper with his tunes. It’s almost impossible to listen to a Keith Sweat track with a member of the opposite sex without something going down, or almost going down. Keith Sweat even got our parents doing things when we were asleep.

Luther Vandross

Luther Vandross

Luther Vandross’s songs bring back some of the finest memories from teenage years. Those days when you would write letters back and forth to your crush, and read the letters while listening to Luther Vandross. Am I the only one that did that? No? Don’t lie! You know Luther brings back some of those memories. It’s funny cos some of these songs are even older than us well well.

Craig David

Craig David

Craig David is the newbie out of this group relatively but some of his songs, especially 7 days did some serious damage in our years past. Definitely a classic track, which reminds me. Where is Craig David now?

That’s all folks. Thanks to Yemi Alade I’m hot, sweaty and fanning myself this early morning from listening to these songs. I’ll just assume Ms Alade liked these guys for all the innocent reasons. 🙂

Have a good one! Enjoy!
