Born on the 20th of March…A young Nigerian that hails from Ondo State Lisa ezekiel temitope also known with the alter ego as Mallam T bass started his musical career as a bass guitarist majoring on jazz music, he drew inspiration from the likes of victor wooten, richard bona and fitzgerald. He has played with various bands ranging from gospel oriented to secular. With time he studied sound engineering and became a producer while honing his skills in singing at the same tym, Mallam Tbass has produced various artistes like Skally, Emwill, Myme and others…from collective poll he is being preferred for his versatility in creating musical ambience for any type of music genre, he classifies his kind of music as Lets Go music i.e a marsh of different styles all blended into an african symphony. He has participated in competitions like StarQuest(sapphire blue) where his band was first runner up and the enigma beat competition by Donjazzy where he came 4th. With a lotta chart busting songs in his kitty he is poised to become the next big thing in the nigerian music scene.

The song “Boko Haram” originated from mallam tbass garnering fame from the enigma beat competition…Lots of fans really loved his version thereby opening a window of networking for him in many social networks…One of such fans was a dude by the name of dre beatz who sent him an instrumental to work on from twitter. Intriguingly the song had a nothern feel cos of its lydian scale and warped violin, Inspiration showered on malllam tbass by cognitively coercing him into singing about the outrageous violence in some northern parts of the country which was induced by the “boko haram” as nigerians all know them as. This climaxed during the bombing of the U.N house in abuja. he finally put pen to paper to write and record a controversial song of whose future is stil unknown, but with Motivation from friends he mustered the courage to shoot a world class video. Now an ekletic director was in search, and Lexten a goal oriented director and intellectual came on the scene, After rigorous rehearsals amd material assembly the video was finally shot and would soon be gracing all T.v stations, media outfits and top ten charts.
