Let me start out by saying, AFRICA STAND UP!

I say this because Africa Fashion Week New York is almost underway and if you plan on being in New York this weekend I suggest you make your way out there. From July 15th to the 17th, more than 20 designers, mostly of African descent, will be showcasing their individual collections to an audience of 2,000 people. The location for all shows will be at the Broad Street Ballroom 41 Broad Street New York, NY 10004.

Plus the Executive Producer of Africa Fashion Week NY, Adiat Disu has stopped at nothing to make sure this event is one to remember!
